1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the njkxrun.com online shop. The contractual partner is Niklas Jeker / NJKXRUN, Wylerstrasse 101, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer. The order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT (if applicable). Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided during the order process. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability and delivery area. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping service providers).

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Please send returns to: Niklas Jeker, Wylerstrasse 101, 3014 Bern. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Our liability is limited to the order value, as far as legally permissible.
